Our Mission

Taylor’s role as a speech-language pathologist (SLP) for a pediatric private practice in Atlanta, GA, makes her a natural fit and a dedicated advocate for Operation Shiny Teeth. She is passionate about working with her pediatric clients to conquer the challenges of various speech and language disorders and ensure everyone has a way to communicate. Her love of serving children made joining the Operation Shiny Teeth team an easy decision. Through her career as an SLP, Taylor has developed a deep understanding of the value of a smile – it’s one of the simplest forms of communication. Supporting Operation Shiny Teeth’s mission to bring confidence and smiles to kids in foster care is the ideal way for Taylor to expand her passion for helping children overcome obstacles beyond the boundaries of her “day job.”

With two decades of experience as a Revenue Manager in the multi-family and real estate industries, Mary proves a true asset to Operation Shiny Teeth’s operations. She brings a treasure trove of skills in project management, budgeting, and revenue optimization. But, more than that, she brings a legacy of giving back to those in need. Raised by parents who have always been passionate about caring for others, Mary adopted that quality and majored in Social Work & Sociology at Mary Baldwin College. Her gifts of time, talent, and treasure have been shared with Habitat for Humanity, Atlanta Community Food Bank, Task Force for the Homeless, Central Outreach & Advocacy Center, and now Operation Shiny Teeth. Mary and her husband, Ken, have called Buford, GA, “home” for over 29 years. She loves to travel, host parties, and spend time with friends and family, including daughter Madison and two Labradors.

As the Founder and CEO of Hailstorm Creative Solutions, Hailey is the perfect person to serve as the Operations Consult for Operations Shiny Teeth. Her company is devoted to serving inspired entrepreneurs who are looking to foster growth and development for their company through operations and strategic system automation. Hailey values the opportunity to partner her skills with Alli and loves the team’s drive to effect change in the hearts of kids and families in the foster care system. She believes any good effort needs a solid plan and structure to succeed over time. She is honored to come alongside Alli to help develop OST into the incredible organization they know it is capable of becoming! To Hailey, self-care and the understanding of its importance is a fundamental human right that any and everyone should have access to. While it’s impossible to take every child out of a trying situation, she knows OST can bring small bits of light to wherever these foster children are to remind them that there are people fighting for and with them for their bright and shiny future!

An avid supporter of Operation Shiny Teeth from the word “GO,” Alecia brings over 35 years of expertise in the business building arena to the nonprofit’s boardroom table. Experienced in everything from Customer Service to Business Development to Marketing Strategies, Alecia has worked with companies in a variety of industries to create new departments and revenue-building teams in the Atlanta area- all of which are still using her principles and practices to see continued growth in their fields. Alecia has a talent for fostering long-term relationships, which become the basis for providing introductions and networking opportunities to construct a framework for success organically. As an entrepreneur herself, she understands the drive and desire required to launch and sustain in this current business climate, including the critical need to surround oneself with other successful, driven, and determined minds. She is devoted to seeing Alli’s dream and the vision of Operation Shiny Teeth thrive.
